Tendremos café preparado para ir mojando los bizcochos. En una bandeja iremos poniendo una cama de bizcochos mojados en café (con el chorrito de licor si se quiere), sobre esta cama ponemos la mitad de la crema de mascarpone; sobre ésta, otra cama de bizcochos mojados en café, y sobre esta última el resto de la crema. Finalmente cubriremos esta crema con el cacao en polvo y meteremos todo en la nevera. Si lo tomas un día después de hacerlo esta mucho más rico.&lt;br /&gt;P/S : ten cuidado en verano el mascarpone se estropea con facilidad con el calor.
